3.2 | Why do you wish to obtain a Personal Firearm Permit? (Minimum of 50 words):
I am applying for a Personal Firearm Permit for the purposes of personal protection, home defense, and lawful recreational use, such as target shooting and marksmanship training. I believe in the importance of responsible firearm ownership and have taken steps to educate myself on firearm safety, handling, and applicable laws. My goal is to exercise my legal right while ensuring that any firearm in my possession is stored and used safely, securely, and in full compliance with all local and federal regulations.

3.3 | How do you plan to use your Personal Firearm Permit? (Minimum of 50 words):
I plan to use my Personal Firearm Permit for lawful self-defense, home protection, and recreational shooting activities, such as target practice at certified ranges. I take firearm ownership seriously and am committed to responsible use, proper training, secure storage, and full compliance with all applicable firearm laws and safety regulations.
SECTION 4 | DECLARATION OF LIABILITY
It is the responsibility of the Red County Sheriff's Department to include a background check of all applicants for a firearm permit. This check could involve interviews with family members, neighbors, or co-workers, past and present. This check will include a check of your mental and physical well-being both now and in the past. The law allows us to check complete criminal history, which includes local, state, and federal checks. Your signature below allows us to search all sources that contain information that would allow a complete and accurate background investigation.

I also certify that all information on my firearm permit, and this background information sheet, is true and accurate, knowing that any falsified information could disqualify me from obtaining the permit.

I also certify that the Red County Sheriff's Department has the right to revoke my Personal Firearm Permit for any circumstance, with legal authority. If I fail to abide by state laws or any regulations and protocols that are set out by the Red County Sheriff's Department, I hereby consent to the revocation of my Personal Firearm Permit.

APPLICATION RESPONSE

Dear Mr. Wright,

We have gone over your application and after some deliberation, we have decided to accept it. You are now urged to read over our Fiream Training Guide, State Of San Andreas Firearms Law and Firearm Permit Protocols. We urge you to read over all Protocols and Training Procedures to familiarise yourself with the rules.

You are now required to show up at the RCSD Dillimore Station in order to take an exam to ascertain your readiness. Please show up at the department and have the exam taken in at least 1 week or you will automatically fail it, and must re-do the application process.

(( The exam will be sent to your forum private messages, you do not need to show up in-game, merely take the exam and send it back to the sender within the week. ))
