As a citizen of America, I have the right to own a firearm to protect myself, friends and family. I currently live in a high risk and danger area where incidents including gang activity and violence are really common right here. As a law-abiding citizen, I believe that owning a legal firearm able to protect me from danger and any high risk situations.

3.3 | How do you plan to use your Personal Firearm Permit? (Minimum of 50 words):
I plan to use the firearm to protect myself from danger and use it accordingly to the city laws. The firearm will always be stored safely in a safe and never took it out unless something that will danger my life is going on. I do not intend to use it for any offensive or unlawful activity, it's only a way for protection.

It is the responsibility of the Red County Sheriff's Department to include a background check of all applicants for a firearm permit. This check could involve interviews with family members, neighbors, or co-workers, past and present. This check will include a check of your mental and physical well-being both now and in the past. The law allows us to check complete criminal history, which includes local, state, and federal checks. Your signature below allows us to search all sources that contain information that would allow a complete and accurate background investigation.

I also certify that all information on my firearm permit, and this background information sheet, is true and accurate, knowing that any falsified information could disqualify me from obtaining the permit.

I also certify that the Red County Sheriff's Department has the right to revoke my Personal Firearm Permit for any circumstance, with legal authority. If I fail to abide by state laws or any regulations and protocols that are set out by the Red County Sheriff's Department, I hereby consent to the revocation of my Personal Firearm Permit.

Dear Ms. Ayaka,

We have gone over your application and after some deliberation, we have decided to accept it. You are now urged to read over our Fiream Training Guide, State Of San Andreas Firearms Law and Firearm Permit Protocols. We urge you to read over all Protocols and Training Procedures to familiarise yourself with the rules.

You are now required to show up at the RCSD Dillimore Station in order to take an exam to ascertain your readiness. Please show up at the department and have the exam taken in at least 1 week or you will automatically fail it, and must re-do the application process.
