SECTION 3 | PERMIT INFORMATION
3.1 | Firearm Permit Type: Class A/B
3.2 | Why do you wish to obtain a Personal Firearm Permit? (Minimum of 50 words):
I’m applying for a Personal Firearm Permit to lawfully exercise my right to self-defense as a hard-working citizen of San Andreas. I regularly work late-night shifts doing various jobs, including deliveries, long-distance hauling, bartending, and other side work across rural parts of the county. My job often takes me through isolated backroads, areas known for robberies and criminal activity, especially at night. I’ve already had incidents in the past where I felt my safety was in real danger, and I can’t risk being caught unprepared again. This permit would allow me to legally protect myself when I’m on the road, at work, or in the countryside.
This license isn’t just for me — it’s about making sure I can get home safely after every shift, protect the people I care about, and step in if someone innocent is in danger. I believe in doing things the legal way, and I’m committed to handling firearms with caution, respect, and within the boundaries of the law.
3.3 | How do you plan to use your Personal Firearm Permit? (Minimum of 50 words):
One of the main reasons I’m applying for this firearm permit is for peace of mind — knowing I have the means to defend both myself and my property if the situation ever calls for it. I strongly believe every law-abiding citizen should have the option to protect themselves, especially when living in more isolated parts of the county like I do. On top of that, I’d like to get back into hunting, something I used to do regularly before I had to step away from it. Having the proper license would allow me to lawfully carry and sharpen my shooting skills at the range, both for personal protection and for outdoor activities like hunting game in the woods.
All in all, this isn’t about looking for trouble — it’s about being ready for the worst and doing things the right, legal way. My goal is to be able to defend myself if needed, keep my property safe, and enjoy hunting again like I used to as a child with my father.

I also certify that all information on my firearm permit, and this background information sheet, is true and accurate, knowing that any falsified information could disqualify me from obtaining the permit.
