CONCEALED CARRY WEAPON LICENSING UNIT
APPLICATION APPEAL SYSTEM

The CCW Application Appeal process is a system that has been put in place to appeal to any applications that the applicant feels has been wrongfully denied. The application appeal process will be administrated by the Concealed Carry Weapon Licensing Unit Administration.

This system does not take into account all application denials. Denials for such things such as the existence of criminal record and can not be appealed unless a valid reason is presented (affiliations with criminal organizations, etcetera). This will also tie into people who have been denied for reasons based on a biased decision, such as friendship or hatred.

To appeal your application, please fill out the form below and send it to one of the following CCW Administrators:

• Operations Lieutenant: Trooper First Class Isaiah Ray
• Operations Deputy: Amy Sato
  
  NOTE:

  Decisions made by our licensing deputies are final, and because of that, there must be a valid justification for the application appeal. Invalid and time-wasting appeals will be denied.
  
  Continuous pestering of licensing deputies will result in a licensing blacklist of 90 days.
  
  Failure to follow the appeal system protocols will result in an instant denial without question.
